Andrew Graves has been working in Additive Manufacturing since 1990 and spent 13 years with 3D Systems – initially in the UK and then in Valencia, California. He ran his own third-party AM maintenance company for a number of years then spent 5 years with Solid Concepts in Valencia, CA (now Stratasys Direct Manufacturing) before joining the DSM Additive Manufacturing team (later purchased by Covestro) in January 2017 as Equipment Partnership Manager.
Since Stratasys acquired the Covestro AM business, he is now Business Development Manager for the Neo range of Stereolithography systems. He moved back to the UK in 2018 and is a 2015 recipient of AMUG’s “DINO” award. .
Angie Szerlong is Group Director - AM Series at SME, and has more than 15 year of experience and exclusive focus on the additive manufacturing industry. She is a leading advocate for both the technology and its impactful adoption across key manufacturing sectors and industries. In her role as industry manager, Angie partners with industry leading additive manufacturing companies to help grow their market position, and works directly with several technical member committees to facilitate the acceleration and adoption of additive technologies across all of manufacturing. Prior to her current role, Angie was directly responsible in the production of RAPID+TCT, which has been named one of the country’s fastest growing trade shows by Tradeshow Executive. Her vast network of leaders, influencers, and advocates within the additive manufacturing industry is unrivalled, as is her passion for the opportunity and potential of additive manufacturing technology.
Brad Hughes is a Principal Research Engineer at GKN Aerospace drawing a on a history of diverse engineering roles within the company to now drive the maturation and application of Powder Bed Additive Manufacturing within GKN’s Engines Business. Based out of the Global Technology Centre in Bristol, Brad’s role spans work in both the UK and Sweden leading engineers and researchers to further GKN’s adoption of AM.
Brad joined GKN Aerospace as a graduate and before joining the Additive team worked across multiple sites and roles including spells in both manufacturing and engineering, working on platforms including the Airbus A350, Honeywell HTF, and V22 Osprey. Within the AM team Brad has led a number of technology development projects in both EBM and LPBF covering a range of product applications and materials, across the entire breath of TRL levels from fundamental technology exploration to manufacturing and delivery flight trial hardware.
Brads current focus today is defining GKN’s AM technology strategy, providing technical governance across the portfolio of AM projects undertaken within GKN, and pulling together the wide array of academic and industrial partners that are supporting GKN to achieve their additive ambition.
Candice is a senior lecturer in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering at the University of Sheffield. Her interest in Additive Manufacturing was inspired by a guest lecture during the final year of her degree, following which she chose to focus her career around understanding and optimising the interactions between materials and processes in powdered-polymer AM.
She was awarded the 2011 International Outstanding Young Researcher in Freeform and Additive Manufacturing Award, given annually to recognise an outstanding young researcher in the field of freeform/additive fabrication early in their career, and was short-listed for the TCT Women in 3D Printing Award in 2022.
She leads a team of staff and students in the University's Advanced Polymer Sintering laboratory, alongside which she has held administrative roles relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and improving the experience of researchers in her Institution. She remains excited by Additive Manufacturing and its possibilities, as proven by her choice to have her wedding bouquet produced using Laser Sintering!
Carl Dekker is the President of Met-L-Flo Inc, a Contract Manufacturer specializing in 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing located in Sugar Grove, IL. They have been providing these services since 1991 and use multiple different technologies for their clients in primarily North America. Met-L-Flo is ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100D Certified and also ITAR Registered. Mr. Dekker has presented his work at various conferences globally and has been published in various industry journals. Currently the Past President of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (past VP and Sec), Fellow of the ASTM Intl., Past Chair ASTM Intl. F42 Committee on Standards for Additive Manufacturing, and a Past Chairperson of the SME’s Rapid Technologies and Additive Manufacturing (RTAM) Community (formerly the RPA). He is also a proud recipient of the SLA “Dinosaur” award.
Professor Sutcliffe is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the
Institution of Mechanical Engineers he is the CEO of Meta Consultancy
and has over 25 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing as an
academic, practitioner and industrial executive, his career highlights

• He was awarded the Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal in 2018
for achievement in Additive Manufacturing.
• His research teams’ project on feedback control of E-PBF won the

Claire Scott is a Technology Adoption Specialist with the Made Smarter Adoption programme in the North West and has been a part of its growth since its launch in 2018, guiding manufacturing SMEs in harnessing digital technologies to elevate their business practices.
With her roots in the aerospace sector and specialising in Additive Manufacturing she has been keen to help share her expertise and experience with SMEs in the adoption of Digital technology.
Claire believes that technology is an important tool for manufacturers but without having the right skills and culture in place, the benefit of technology cannot be truly realised. This has led her to support the development of courses like Fast Track Additive Manufacturing.
Dan Johns is a Board Member of Beamit Spa and 3T-AM Ltd and has been at the forefront of AM industrialisation for over 20 years. In his early career he created the foundation for AM adoption in Airbus and built the first AM technology centre to develop the design and manufacturing methods for aerospace. Here he won the Airbus Award for Engineering and Innovation Excellence during the testing of the A380 ‘super jumbo’, developed material and process patent portfolio, and created an application pipeline for aircraft, satellites, and defence programs. He moved to GKN Aerospace as Chief Engineer to create the operational environment for AM production and aerospace supply chain requirements, where the first commercial AM contract was won and delivered to SAAB Aerospace for the Grippen fighter jet program. In 2016 he was appointed CTO at Oerlikon to support the start-up business unit working as part of the executive team to build AM factories in North Carolina, Michigan, and Germany, to create an integrated production value chain. Today he is leading the transformation & growth strategy as CEO of 3T-AM through a strong vision on sustainability, which is now part of the ASTM Centre of Excellence network. Over his career he has received several accolades and was recognised as Top 20 Influencers by TCT, and Top 100 Manufacturing Leaders by The Manufacturer.
Filip Geerts, Director General of CECIMO, the European Association of
the Machine Tool Industries and related Manufacturing Technologies.
CECIMO represents the interests of the sector in the fields of
economy, trade and science towards the European Union and globally.
Filip Geerts launched a strategy for supporting the development and
dissemination of additive manufacturing (AM) in the European industry.
CECIMO is monitoring trends in AM technologies, identifying
opportunities, discussing policy and regulatory implications, and
establishing a dialogue with EU policy-makers.
Filip Geerts is a professional in international, EU and national
public and regulatory affairs. He is specialised in the management of
corporate and governmental affairs departments of companies, national
and EU trade associations and non-profit organizations. He was
deputy-director for the largest Belgian association for the
technological industry, public and regulatory affairs manager for IBM
Europe, Middle East and Africa and secretary general for numerous
European trade associations in e.g. the ICT, the electro-medical,
lighting and environmental sector. He has degrees from Insead
Fontainebleau and Singapore, London School of Economics, Vlerick,
College of Europe, The Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and the
Catholic University of Leuven in commercial engineering.

Dr Jennifer Johns s the Director of Research at the University of Bristol Business School working on digital technologies and value chains. Her work on 3D printing covers makerspaces through to industrial applications, with a keen interest in the impact of digitalisation on the geographies of production. Jennifer has received funding for her research from the British Academy and ESPRC and is currently working on a project developing a cloud and agent-based distributed manufacturing system, recently demonstrated at Formnext. In addition to academic publications, she has published industry reports and articles in Metal AM and TCT magazines, and regularly speaks at industry events.
Jeremy began his engineering career customising industrial electric
motors to order. He completed a technical apprenticeship and followed
this with a degree in mechanical engineering. He spent his early
career as a production engineer for CNC machining and finishing
processes before becoming a Development Engineer creating hardware and
software for automated CNC machining centres. Jeremy first came across
SLA in 1996 and became actively involved in Additive Manufacturing
technologies in 2002 whilst working for Renishaw PLC. He went on to
create a Rapid Manufacturing Centre producing electronic and
mechanical prototypes as well as low volume production utilising both
additive and conventional technologies. He managed and developed this
department for 12 years before leaving Renishaw in 2016 to join
biotech company Sartorius.
He is currently their Head of Additive Manufacturing managing the
Global Additive Manufacturing Group. His role includes responsibility
for the global Additive Manufacturing strategy across the Sartorius
group. In 2012 he was voted into the TCT list of the top 25 most
influential people in the world of Additive Manufacturing and in 2019
he was awarded the prestigious DINO award by the AMUG.
Jonathan Rowley is a qualified Architect who established and ran
London based AM service bureau Digits2Widgets (D2W) for 8 years. What
differentiated D2W's approach was the opportunity for clients to
communicate their ideas and ambitions before printing anything.
Through the privilege of working with an array of brilliant designers
and innovative organisations across all fields of creative enterprise,
a great deal was learned. Jonathan gained rare insight through
matching designers’ ambitious hopes for 3D printing / Additive
Manufacturing with the reality and was able to help clients reconcile
this gap through the application of informed design.
He now applies this expertise through consultancy and education for
Selective Laser Sintering and its specific DfAM. With a clear
knowledge of the genuine boundaries and dynamic material properties of
SLS, remarkable objects can be achieved. They go beyond simple shape
making and can produce high quality, high value objects that both

In the world of 3D printing / Additive Manufacturing, the distinction between purposeful uses of the existing technologies and Science Fiction is often blurred. It is now relatively straightforward to distinguish the realistic applications of AM from the total non-starters. The fascinating projects are the "just maybes", where the ability to design with and around the technology's limitations can make these potentials a reality.
Jonathan's aim is to develop the widest possible DfAM understanding, so that any potential AM adopter has the best chance to reap the benefits that these remarkable technologies have to offer. To this end he is developing AM Manifest; a project that brings clarity to the complex world of additive manufacturing.
Jonathan has collaborated on significant one off and production projects with major designers, artists and brands, including Ron Arad’s “Genius 100” 3D printed book for the Albert Einstein Archive at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
He is an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London on the MA in Design for Industry 5.0 and the BA (Hons) Product and Industrial Design courses. Jonathan is also an active member of the steering committee for the UK DfAM Network, the TCT Editorial Advisory Group, and he is one of the judges of the TCT Awards.
With a BFA in Sculpture, Kat brings a distinctive artistic perspective to the realms of manufacturing and prototyping. Her expertise lies in digital fabrication, where she excels in rapid prototyping, providing invaluable insights to clients, employers, and teammates alike. Currently serving as the supervisor of Peloton's Prototype Lab, Kat oversees 3D printing for hardware product development, ensuring precision and innovation in every project.
Beyond her role at Peloton, Kat is deeply engaged in advocating for 3D printing technology. She serves as a chapter ambassador for Women in 3D Printing, a brand ambassador for Formlabs, and as a mentor in her local network. Her mission is to drive the widespread adoption of 3D printing for prototyping purposes while fostering communities through education, skill-sharing, and networking initiatives.
Kristian Arntz studied mechanical engineering and materials
technology at the Technical University RWTH Aachen majoring in
production technology. In his PhD thesis he developed a process model
for “Multi axis hard milling of tempered high speed steel”. He worked
as scientist in the Process Technology Department at the Fraunhofer
IPT from 2003 to 2009, concentrating on HSC-, micro-and hard milling
technology for tool and die making.
In 2005 he became head of the business unit "tool and die making"
offering research and consulting for companies in that area which
today is one of the most recognized institutions for mold and die
making research in Europe. From 2009 to 2021, Dr. Arntz has been chief
engineer of different departments at the Fraunhofer IPT focusing on
advanced manufacturing, non conventional manufacturing technologies
and process chains.
Dr. Arntz is a senior consultant, founder and associate of the WBA
Aachener Werkzeugbau Akademie, founded in 2010. This company offers
consulting, services and education for tool and diemaking. From 2015
to 2021, Dr. Arntz was founder and CEO of the ACAM Aachen Center for
Additive Manufacturing GmbH, a company offering R&D, services and
further education all around Additive Manufacturing in an industrial
partner network. Today he is a senior advisor for ACAM.
From 2022, Dr. Arntz holds the chair for manufacturing technologies and machine tools at the FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences focussing on advanced manufacturing and future machine tools. He has been appointed Dean of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics in 2024.
Kristin is the Director of Additive Manufacturing Technology at Hubbell, where she leads the Center of Excellence for AM, driving AM development and adoption enterprise wide. Kristin is also co-founder of ImplementAM, an advanced manufacturing workshop aimed at expanding the awareness for those looking to capture the value of additive manufacturing. Her AM career spans the entire ecosystem, having worked in a full-time or consulting capacity with machine OEMs, contract manufacturers, software providers, materials suppliers, and end-users. Kristin received her M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
Mark Chester is the Product Development Specialist and operational lead on the PrintCity Network Programme based in PrintCity Manchester Metropolitan University. Within his role, he is responsible for helping companies in the Greater Manchester area to create new products, processes and services utilising digital manufacturing technologies such additive manufacturing. Mark previously studied a BA in Product Design before transitioning across to a MSc in Digital Design and Manufacturing at PrintCity. He now specialises in consulting and applying new digital technologies into SMEs to enable innovation with a focus on 3D modelling and 3D scanning.
Martin is a specialist in Materials and Structures with 20 years of experience in both academia and industry. His career has focused on the certification and production of critical structures and systems, ranging from the A350-900 XWB Main Landing Gear at Safran Landing Systems, to his recent role as Chief Engineer for Additive Manufacturing at GKN Aerospace.
At ASTM International, Martin leads a global team of engineers tackling advanced manufacturing challenges. Their work covers supplier qualification, in-process monitoring, fatigue prediction from non-destructive evaluation (NDE), probabilistic structural integrity, equivalency, and best practices for part families in additive manufacturing (AM). He has also authored and delivered several advanced training courses on qualification, certification, and quality assurance.
Martin holds a Doctorate in High Temperature Materials for Gas Turbine applications, sponsored by Rolls Royce, and a Master’s degree in High Strength Steels for Landing Gears, sponsored by Airbus
Melissa Orme, PhD, Vice President, The Boeing Company, oversees all Additive Manufacturing activity across all three Boeing business units: Boeing Commercial Airplanes; Boeing Defense, Space and Security; and Boeing Global Services; including metal and polymer flight hardware, as well as low TRL and translational research that enables product development, and tooling and factory aids that increase factory efficiencies. Orme is also responsible for guiding the development of the digital thread across the Additive Manufacturing value chain, and the implementation of data driven models from extracted and archived data from the digital thread, utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, quality, and scale within the Additive Manufacturing end-to-end value stream. Other key responsibilities include the development of initiatives geared towards quantifying the positive sustainability trades associated with Additive Manufacturing.
Orme, an elected member of the National Academy of Engineering, has a diverse professional background that spans academia, high-tech start-ups, and large corporations. On the academic front, she rose to the rank of Full Professor at the University of California, Irvine, where she developed an internationally renowned research program on net-form manufacturing, resulting in numerous peer reviewed journal articles and 15 U.S. patents. Later, she served as Chief Technology Officer of Morf3D, a qualified supplier of Additively Manufactured flight hardware to Boeing and other Aerospace and Defense companies. In 2019 she was recruited by The Boeing Company to lead Additive Manufacturing across the enterprise. Orme received her B.S. M.S. and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. Melissa was inducted into he TCT Hall of Fame in 2024.
Dr. Mohsen Seifi is the vice president of global advanced
manufacturing programs at ASTM International responsible for the AM
center of excellence (AM CoE), Wohlers Associates and various advanced
manufacturing related programs while leading a team of technical
experts. In his role, he brings technical leadership to accelerate
standardization activities across various ASTM technical committees as
well as development of new AM standards related programs and services
within diverse ASTM portfolios. He has 13+ years of experience in
additive manufacturing managing and prioritizing several
programs/projects in research/business environments. During his
career, he has conducted programs funded by various government
agencies. Additionally, he has an appointment as an adjunct faculty at
Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, USA. Part of his PhD work
focused on rapid qualification methods for metal additive
manufacturing processes.
Dr. Seifi has co-authored 40+ peer-reviewed publications that are
cited more than 4000 times and presented 100+ invited and keynote
lectures at various technical meetings, industries and government
agencies while also receiving various technical society honors and
awards. He serves on several advisory board positions supporting major
AM programs.
Peter Rogers is an industry leading additive expert in the Asia Pacific region. Peter runs his own company, Layered Ltd, in Japan, focusing on consulting advanced manufacturing companies on how to most efficiently achieve success in the Asia Pacific market.
His expertise in additive technology stems from his work with Velo3D, Autodesk and Kabuku, where he worked with every aspect of the technology ecosystem. His Business Development role at Velo3D had him working with all of the major manufacturers in Japan, Korea, ANZ and South East Asia on delivering high value solutions that leverage the unique capabilities of the Velo3D technology. At Autodesk, Peter was the head of the AM cohort and was the regional product specialist from 2016 to 2022. His role entailed sales, business development and technical support in the APAC region for the Autodesk Netfabb and Fusion360 products. After Autodesk acquired Netfabb in 2015, he worked hard on the GTM strategy and was crucial in the fast growth achieved in the region. During this time, he also project led many consulting service projects and drove the closing of $500,000+ of revenue from consulting engagements.
His journey into AM started with his Global Sales Director role at Kabuku Inc (Tokyo) where his strong results fuelled the company’s growth, leading to a total of $10mil+ in venture capital fund raising. Graduating from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) International Business / Arts double degree, he’s been living in Tokyo for a total of 10 years. He is an active contributor and thought leader, and his strong industry presence earned him the nomination for Community Advocate of the Year award in 2021 at the 3D Printing Awards.
Phill Dickens is a Founder of Added Scientific Ltd which is a company
providing technical development expertise in the area of Additive
Manufacturing. He was a Professor of Manufacturing Technology at the
University of Nottingham.
Phill started work in the area of Rapid Prototyping in 1990 and was a
pioneering researcher in this field working on processes such as 3D
Welding and using copper coated Stereolithography models as electrodes
for EDM. He founded the world’s leading Additive Manufacturing
Research Group in the early 1990’s leading various research projects
and securing one international patent which is still being used.
Phill has led international government missions, published widely, and given a number of international keynote speeches. He was a member of the Steering Group for the UK National Strategy for Additive Manufacturing. He was the first recipient of the International Freeform and Additive Manufacturing Excellence (FAME) Award in 2009, and was recognised as one of the most influential members of the additive manufacturing industry when he was inducted into the TCT Hall of Fame in 2020. In 2023 he was awarded an MBE for services to Additive Manufacturing in the King’s Birthday Honours List.
Dr Phil Reeves is a leading consultant on 3D Printing business strategy and investment. Phil has worked in the field of 3D printing for over 25-years, having gained a PhD in the subject from Nottingham University (UK) in the mid-1990s. Since this time, Phil has worked in many 3D Printing-related roles including R&D, business development, and corporate strategy. In 2003 Phil founded leading 3D Printing consulting firm Econolyst Ltd, which Stratasys acquired in 2015. Between 2015 and 2018, Phil was Vice President of consulting at Stratasys, the leading 3D Printing technology vendor. Phil is now managing director of 3D Printing strategy consultancy Reeves Insight Ltd, and a member of the board of 4D Biomaterials, a developer of bioresorbable 3D printing polymer.
After 20 years in industrial R&D, Richard joined Innovate UK Business Connect and managed the Additive Manufacturing Special Interest Group, contributing to and disseminating the AM UK National Strategy. This was followed by moving to the Made Smarter Innovation Network where AM is one of the supporting and enabling Industrial Digital Technologies (IDTs). The network connects innovative companies, RTOs and academics to develop next generation solutions, supported by a £147m funding programme. Richard is a Chartered Physicist and Chartered Scientist.
Robert Higham launched Additive Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. (AMS) in 2017. Robert is a Chartered Engineer and has experience across academia, motorsport, space and aerospace. Robert was responsible for qualification of materials, processes and parts produced by additive manufacturing most recently for Airbus before creating AMS. AMS was designed and aims to bring aerospace grade qualification, validation and operation capability to all corners of industry and at its core aims to support the industrialisation of additive manufacturing. AMS are building an excitement and buzz around their novel work with re-lifing powders for AM and recycling parts into powder through their R2 process. AMS also offer support across the AM value chain from design to test and validation.
Robin is a freelance additive manufacturing technical consultant. They were introduced to additive manufacturing whilst on placement for their undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and decided they never wanted to do anything else. Since then, they have taken on a diverse range of roles in various areas of AM, including a PhD in characterisation of high-performance polymers for laser sintering, a laser sintered orthotic for a Paralympic cyclist, and designing the steering wheel for Bloodhound SSC. Over the last 13 years, Robin has been involved in both industrial and academic research and development, from materials and processes to concept realisation and business case analysis. Robin is an advocate for greater diversity and inclusion within engineering, particularly encouraging and supporting women in the field, and promoting openness around mental health.
Ruaridh Mitchinson is a technology manager for the AM team at the
National Centre of Additive Manufacturing (NCAM) based at The MTC,
supporting NCAMs mission to accelerate the adoption of AM.
His experiences in AM have included building up and running AM
operations and research teams. Including setting up and running a
pre-production AM facility for PBF-EB for a large aerospace customer
building flight worthy component.
Currently areas of interest include space applications in AM,
developing large applications for PBF-LB, and commercialisation of
AM.
Sarah Goehrke is the owner/principal of AM-specific contract services company Additive Integrity. She focuses in the additive manufacturing industry on advances in strategy, diversity, sustainability, and ecosystem positioning with a heightened focus on messaging. Sarah has been a leader in the 3D printing industry since 2014, previously serving as the Managing Editor of Fabbaloo; Editor-in-Chief of 3DPrint.com; and Senior Director, Strategic Communications and Ecosystems at Nexa3D. She has previously served on the Board of Advisors for the Additive Manufacturing Coalition and on the Board of Directors for Women in 3D Printing.
Through Additive Integrity, she has worked with more than two dozen companies across the industry, contributed to publications including Forbes, and keynoted across three continents. She is deeply and actively passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the 3D printing industry. Sarah holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Theatre from Muskingum College, as well as a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. She lives in Cleveland, OH, US with her spouse, child, cats, and dog, and is currently seeking to publish her debut novel.
Sheku Kamara is the Dean of Applied Research at Milwaukee School of
Engineering (MSOE) and has been involved in the additive manufacturing
industry since 1996. He oversees the activities of MSOE’s Applied
Technology CenterTM (ATC). The ATC uses MSOE faculty, staff and
student expertise to solve technological challenges confronting
business and industry. It is known for transferring technology to the
marketplace. The center undertakes more than 200 industry-sponsored
research projects that are focused on providing real solutions to some
of industry’s biggest challenges every year. This work is completed
through several centers of excellence within the ATC including the
Fluid Power InstituteTM (FPI), Center for BioMolecular Modeling (CBM)
and Rapid Prototyping Center (RPC).
Sheku is the current chair of SME’s Additive Manufacturing Technical Committee and a technical advisor to the RAPID + TCT conference since 2004 and is past chair of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG). In 2013, he managed the development of the Additive Manufacturing Body of Knowledge (AMBOK) and the Additive Manufacturing Certificate program for SME & America Makes.
Sheku holds the RTAM Master Level Certificate on additive manufacturing from SME and is a 2008 recipient of the prestigious Karl O. Werwath Engineering Research Award from MSOE. In 2010, he was named a Laser Sintering DINO (Distinguished Innovator Operator Award) from the Additive Manufacturing Users Group, for his contributions to the laser sintering technology and industry. In July 2021, Sheku co-authored a book on the Fundamentals of Additive Manufacturing for the Practitioner.
Steve Cox is a 3D Technologies Consultant & Trainer whose primary aim
is assisting clients with the successful adoption of additive
manufacturing and 3D printing, together with the latest in 3D design
creation techniques. As a professional mechanical engineer with
more
than thirty years' experience in the automotive industry he has a
wealth of design and manufacturing experience that he draws upon when
exploring the opportunities for adoption of 3D technologies with his
clients. He also has a passion for education and is involved with
educating the next generation, as well as upskilling the current
generation, in these latest exciting design and manufacturing
technologies.
Ms. Tali Rosman is a recognized Additive Manufacturing expert and a frequent speaker at industry events, featured in multiple publications. As a Business and M&A Advisor, she collaborates with both startups and investors to advance emerging technologies.
Rosman started her AM journey as a deal maker at Stratasys, leading numerous acquisitions and startup investments in the industry; and in 2020 she joined Xerox to lead its 3D Printing business: Building Elem Additive from the ground up, taking the ElemX printer to market and securing marquee customers such as the US Navy, resulting in the sale of Elem Additive.
Since then, Rosman has been serving as a Strategic Advisor to early-stage companies and to investors in the industry 4.0 sector. Rosman is a passionate advocate for the use of AM to drive supply chain resiliency and sustainability.
Terry Wohlers is head of additive manufacturing market intelligence at ASTM International. He has provided consulting assistance to more than 280 organisations in 27 countries, as well as to nearly 200 companies in the investment community. Wohlers has authored 450 books, articles, and technical papers, given 190 keynote presentations on six continents, and appeared on many television and radio news programs. He is a principal author of the Wohlers Report, the undisputed industry-leading report on additive manufacturing and 3D printing worldwide for 29 consecutive years. Wohlers was inducted into the TCT Hall of Fame in 2022.
Todd Grimm is 32-year veteran of the additive manufacturing/3D
printing industry. From his work as a consultant, writer, author,
speaker, editor and advisor, he was named as one of The TCT Magazine’s
20 most influential in the additive manufacturing (AM) industry and
has been twice nominated for the TCT Hall of Fame.
Todd is president of T. A. Grimm & Associates, an additive
manufacturing consulting and communications company. He has also
served as an independent director on the board of directors of ARC
Group Worldwide (NASDAQ: ARCW).
Presently, Todd is a columnist for Mechanical Engineering magazine, a
publication of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. From 2011
through 2020, he has served as a columnist for publications including
TCT Magazine. Engineering.com and 3D Printing Industry. Todd is also
the author of User’s Guide to Rapid Prototyping.
Todd currently has served on the board of the Additive Manufacturing
Users Group (AMUG) as its AM industry advisor and on the TCT Expert
Advisory Board. He is an advisor for the RAPID + TCT conference. He
has also served as chairman of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers’
(SME) RTAM community.
