Quill Vogue Soluble Core Wash

The Quill Vogue Soluble Core Wash is a 240 volt stainless steel jet wash designed to rapidly remove SR30 soluble support material from complex carbon fibre wrapped pipes, up to 90% faster than conventional methods. The system is manufactured using stainless steel and heavy duty components for system longevity. The Quill Vogue Soluble Core Wash contains fixed jets and a base table

with clamps designed to hold the carbon fibre pipes in position during operation. The base cabinet houses a 65 litre hot water tank that allows hot water and detergent to be pumped to the top chamber via a chemical resistant pump. There is an interlock to ensure that the system cannot be operated while the door is open

and the whole electrical system is built to BS EN 60204. The Soluble Core Wash is safe, reliable and easy to use, providing operatives with rapid, hands free post processing, speeding post processing times and improving production efficiency.
