Preheating system with cartridges

Mold or nozzle temperature for precise, high-quality injections

The preheating system is designed to maintain machined aluminum injection molds at a stable, controlled temperature. This allows for easier injection of thin-walled parts and technical materials, improving part quality and process reliability.

The system powers up to two included 65 W heating cartridges, ensuring efficient and uniform heat distribution.

It can be used either to heat a mold with the supplied cartridges or to power a heating nozzle.

(A temperature sensor is included for precise control.

Hydraulic clamp

This 2-column (or 4-column) system is designed to clamp an injection mold for greater efficiency and faster handling. Its versatile design allows for both horizontal injection (into the parting line) and vertical injection (into the mass).
